Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the CoffeeCube mobile application (the "Service") operated by CoffeeCube, Inc. ("us," "we," or "our").

By accessing or using the CoffeeCube app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

User Agreement

By using the CoffeeCube app, you agree to:

1.1. Be of legal age to consume and order coffee products in your jurisdiction.

1.2. Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information, including your name, contact details, and payment information.

1.3. Abide by all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the purchase and consumption of coffee products.

1.4. Use the Service for personal use only and not for any commercial purposes.

Coffee Orders

2.1. Ordering Process: You may place orders for coffee products available on the CoffeeCube app. By placing an order, you agree to pay for the products, including any applicable taxes and fees.

2.2. Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or notification once your order is placed. Your order is not considered accepted until you receive this confirmation.

2.3. Order Changes and Cancellations: You may make changes or cancel your order before it is confirmed by contacting our customer support team. Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

3. Payments

3.1. Payment Methods: CoffeeCube accepts various payment methods, such as credit cards and mobile payment apps. By using our Service, you agree to provide accurate payment information.

3.2. Pricing: CoffeeCube reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time. The prices displayed in the app at the time of your order will be the prices charged to you.

4. Delivery and Pickup

4.1. Delivery Service: CoffeeCube may offer delivery services. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and order volume. We will provide an estimated delivery time when you place your order.

4.2. Pickup Orders: If you choose to pick up your order in person, please arrive at the specified location within the designated time frame. Failure to do so may result in the product being discarded, and no refund will be issued.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your CoffeeCube account at our discretion, without notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
